Now to an almost unique outlook. The Cetãtile Ponorului, a system of three collapse dolinas, lies before us. There is only one similar to this in Europe in Slowenia.

The largest ice cave of Romania is also in these mountains. The cave Scãrişoara is easy to visit.

95 % of the caves are not enlarged and only one, the bear cave, is illuminated. The cave on the picture is from the Sighiştel valley. There are a large number of small, but beautiful caves.
